Conduct research and drafting across regulatory law, constitutional law, and FOIA matters, supporting litigation, legislative analysis, and client advisory work.

Conduct state and federal AI legislative research, draft statutory and policy materials, monitor regulatory developments, and support client and policymaker advisory work on emerging AI governance issues.

Lead and execute the firm’s strategic marketing initiatives, including brand development, digital presence, thought leadership promotion, CLE marketing, media engagement, and client acquisition campaigns across AI, regulatory, and litigation practice areas.

Assist with case preparation, detailed legal research, and client communications.
