Olivia Gang is a J.D. candidate and Charles Widger Leadership Scholar at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. The Charles Widger Leadership Scholarship is a three-year, full-tuition award presented to students who demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and a commitment to making an impact in law and business. At Villanova Law, Olivia serves as the 1L Representative for the Intellectual Property Society and is an active member of the Emerging Technology Legal Society, Women’s Law Caucus, and First-Generation Legal Society.

Prior to law school, Olivia worked at The Trade Desk as a Trading Analyst on the Client Services Team. In that role, she supported the rollout of The Trade Desk’s redesigned user interface and updated bidding algorithm by leading tailored client education sessions that highlighted the platform’s key differentiators. She also worked closely with the legal team to ensure that her clients’ consumer data usage complied with applicable privacy laws in highly regulated industries, advised clients on compliant data utilization strategies, and explained the functionality of the platform’s algorithms and AI capabilities.

During her undergraduate studies, Olivia worked at Blackstone as a Digital Marketing Summer Analyst, where she wrote and edited copy for Blackstone’s website and social media accounts and collaborated closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with applicable regulations prior to publication. She also analyzed digital marketing performance data and presented strategic insights to senior leadership, including the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. She later served as a consultant on Blackstone’s Go-to-Market, Sales & Networks Team, where she built and managed the firm’s Chief Revenue Officer Community, including 270+ CROs, CCOs, and CMOs across Blackstone’s portfolio companies, and produced research-driven newsletters on emerging technologies and market trends.

Olivia graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University School of Business in 2023 with a Bachelor of Business Administration, double majoring in Business Analytics and Digital Marketing. She earned Dean’s List honors every semester
